COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Empowering the next generation with valuable life skills, a strong work ethic, and an understanding of entrepreneurship.  Our program offers an uncommon opportunity for high school students to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting, learn about the cleaning industry, and develop skills that will benefit them for a lifetime. 

Motivated and reliable high school students (ages 15-20) eager to learn and take on new challenges.

• Professional Window Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of both interior and exterior glass surfaces, including frames, sills, and tracks.
• Lawn Care & Landscaping: Execute routine grass cutting, edging, and basic yard cleanup to keep properties looking sharp.
• Summer Cleaning Tasks: Assist with various seasonal projects such as power washing, debris removal, and clearing outdoor living spaces.
• Equipment Care: Maintain and organize tools and materials at the end of each shift.

To apply to the Sparkle Youth Program, please submit the following: 

• A brief cover letter explaining why you are interested in this volunteer experience. 
• A current resume (no experience required - this can include school activities, volunteer work, etc).
• One letter of recommendation from a teacher, coach, mentor, or community member.
• All Sparkle Youth under the age of 18yrs must submit a parent consent form.
